- Construction: wood, metal, resin and roof material.
- Base: slab, blocks, skids, anchors or soil.
- Utilities: power, plumbing or attached equipment.
- Access: gate width, stairs, slope and carrying distance.
- Boundary: what should stay and what should leave.
A final quote requires the agreed scope. Hidden conditions can change the work after the structure is opened.
